How this desk is organised
This page describes Komodo Heli as it actually works: a small desk that handles flights and airport handling, organised by responsibility rather than by biography.
- Booking and documentation. Collects passenger details, issues the confirmation, and sets out the fee breakdown in writing.
- Regulation watch. Follows aviation and immigration notices that change what can be arranged, and flags pages that go out of date.
- Guest liaison. Meets the traveller’s actual constraints — connection times, mobility, luggage — instead of a standard script.
- Fact checking. Checks terminal, service and fee details against the operator and the airport before publishing them.
Why there are no names on this page
You will not find degrees, years of service or licence numbers on this page. Those are verifiable facts or they are decoration, and we are not willing to publish them as decoration. If you want to know who you are dealing with, ask us directly. You will get a name and a role for your own booking, which is a far more useful answer than a public roster.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. Corrections are welcome. Anything we get wrong is fixed on the page itself, with the change visible, not removed without trace.
